Ladies: Rachel, Mens/Vets: Gary Webb, Mixed Doubles Rachel and Bob Brown
Report The Novices League was the closest of the day with three players only losing one game each. Matthew Outhwaite came top, just, with 6 wins 19 ends for and 3 ends against. Matthew lost to Matthew. Matthew Frampton was runner up with 6 wins 19F 5A. Matthew only lost to Jessica Birbeck. Jessica Birbeck was third, also winning 6, only losing to Matthew Outhwaite. 18F 5A Just two points separated the three players!
The Juniors League wasn't quite as close! Daniel won all his matches with Lee Bennett coming second having lost two including a close on with Ben Heath. Anna Hobson, who also entered the Ladies division, came third. Anna played non-stop and competed in 17 matches during the day!
Rachel Pilgrim retained her Ladies League Trophy, with a 100% record, and also joined Bob Brown to win the Mixed Doubles event. The mixed final was a very close affair with Mark Davies and Anna just losing 11-8 in the fifth end.
Gary Webb took the Mens title only dropping one end to last years winner Terry Ridgway. Once again Neil Wheatley was runner up, gaining revenge over Terry on the way!
